Can I visit Sipoon Syke before I buy a membership?

Of course, you can visit us one time for free during the opening hours of our service desk.

You can also buy a one-week membership (15,90€) to get acquainted with our services directly through our mobile app “Sipoon Syke”.


How can I buy a membership?

Easily by downloading “Sipoon Syke” app and going to our webstore or through our homepage sipoonsyke.fi. You can also come on place during the opening hours of our service desk.


How can I pay my membership?

You can pay in cash, credit- or debit card or with any of the following: Smartum, ePassi, Eazybreak, Edenred (Ticket, Body & Mind), Virike and Tyky Online.


Do hyou have discounts for students?

Yes, by showing a valid student certifcate/card you are alligible to discounts as follows: -20% off Maksimi (Max) -Syke -membership (39,92€/kk) and

-10% off Sali (Gym)-, and Päivä (Day) -Syke -memberships (35,91€/kk). The discounts are applicable only for upcoming months, not retroactively and not from the first month’s payment. Always show a proof certificate or a valid card to get a discount.


How do I get to the gym after I have bought a membership?

If you have downloaded our newest app, and bought your membership through it, you can access our gym the next minute. Just open the app and press “avaa ovi” to open the door. Take into consideration that your bluetooth has to be turned on to get a connection to the door.

How do I get a tailored program to the gym?

Firstly, you can book a free-of-charge meeting with one of our Personal Trainers. We will get to know your background, training history, motivation, goals etc. According to all that information we will make a tailored program for you and go through it. This, of course, is not free of charge but a small investment to get an effective start.

You can book a meeting with a Personal Trainer directly from our service desk.


Can I bring my own Personal Trainer to the gym?

We have our own professional Personal Trainers and we don’t accept any other Personal Trainers using our gym and equipment to guide their customers. This decision is made avoid any misunderstandings amongst our members and staff.


Can I put my membership on hold?

You can put your membership on hold against a proof of sickness-leave. If you have been our member for at least one year, without any breaks, you can have one free month each calendar year.

How do I break up with you?

Breaking up with us is easier than with your other half. You just send us an e-mail about it to info@sipoonsyke.fi. This should always be done in writing and a 30 day notice applies.



Can I bring my friend to visit Sipoon Syke?

Absolutely. Come during customer service opening hours and your friend will get to fill a survey and after that he can come and train with you one time for free. Remember that you can by no means bring your friend to train outside of the opening hours of our customer service. For bringing a “free-rider” we will invoice you a fee of 300€.


What kind of group fitness classes do you offer?

You can check our up-to-date group fitness time-schedule by downloading our app and clicking “jumpat”. We offer different relaxation, endurance, spinning and HIIT-classes.


What gym equipment do you have in Sipoon Syke?

We have top-quality German gym equipment by Gym80 and Matrix cardio equipment. Cardio equipment includes crosstrainers, cycles, treadmills, resistance treadmill, rowing machines and a stair machine. In the free-weight area we have plenty of barbells, dumbbells and free weights.

Our gym is also equipped with a functional IronQube -area, where your imagination is the only limit.



How do I open the door to Sipoon Syke?

If you have downloaded and registered in our app you can open the door with one click. If you have not downloaded our app and registered as a user you should do it immediately but you can also open our door with a tag or wristband.


Can I take my child with me to the gym or a group fitness class?

Of course! You can take your child with you and leave him / her in the area for children. You can also book a spot for your child through our app. At certain times we have a caretaker who entertains your child during your training session.


Do you have a sauna?

Women have a normal sauna and men an infrared sauna.


Do you organize private classes for companies?

The answer is yes! More information and request can be sent to our Personal Trainer manager Elli, elli@sipoonsyke.fi


As a member, do I get discounts somewhere?

Yes, we are building a customer loyalty system and an extensive network of local cooperative companies. If your company wants to reach out to hundreds of people you can stay directly in touch with anton@sipoonsyke.fi. All our discounts and membership discounts you will find in our Sipoon Syke mobile app under the “Jäsenedut” heading in the main view.


Do you have a cooperation contract for companies?

Yes, all our company contracts are tailored according to the needs of the company. The contract depends on the services needed, size of the company and how much the company wants to support their staff to live a healthier lifestyle.
